Shipping

All our pieces ship from Mexico. We offer domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to the rest of the world. The exact cost is calculated and shown before payment, at checkout.

• Domestic (United States): 5–10 business days.
• International: 10–21 business days.

Once your order has a tracking label, we'll email you with the tracking number.

Returns

Because every piece is handmade, variations in color, size and finish between pieces are normal and are not considered a defect. If your order arrives damaged in transit or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging, and we'll help with a replacement or refund.
